Military Diet Plan: 3 Day Diet Menu. The current viral diet is a military diet. How does a military diet work? As the name implies, this diet is very strict and you have to be disciplined to follow all the rules, such as when to eat and most importantly you should not change any menu of military diet.

Military diet is only done for three days. After 3 days of diet, there is a pause for 4 days before you repeat the military diet for 3 days. Here is the menu of military diet for three days.

Rules:

  1. Should not be snacking or eating other than breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  2. There should be no additional spices other than salt and pepper.

Water:

  • Water is an important factor in the military diet and you can drink as much as you want.


The first day

Breakfast
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea


Lunch
  • 1/2 cup of tuna
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea


Dinner
  • 3 ounces of meat
  • 1 cup of beans
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream


The second day

Breakfast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1/2 banana


Lunch
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 5 salted biscuits


Dinner
  • 2 hot dogs
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream


The third day

Breakfast
  • 5 salted biscuits
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1 small apple


Lunch
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 slice of bread


Dinner
  • 1 cup of tuna
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

After a 3 day diet, you may eat your custom food, but do not overeat.

On the 4th day, you can also eat as usual. Then, back on the military diet for 3 days.

Tips:

  • If you start feeling sick, dizzy, or too weak, stop eating this diet.
